White asparagus with hollandaise sauce

Hollandaise sauce is one of the best sauces that was ever created. Creamy, buttery, tangy – so good! So when I saw the recipe for white asparagus with hollandaise, I had to give it a go.

Whole tandoori roast chicken

This is perfect for a full on flavour Sunday roast (or any other day where you have a bit more time to cook)! It goes great with something cooling like a homemade slaw or salad, but would be just as delicious with roast potatoes and a yogurt dip. You can use the marinade on smaller chicken pieces for a quicker mid-week treat, like my mom used to make.

Dauphinois potatoes

It seems like its always raining in London. This creamy, garlicky potato side does the trick in chasing away the blues (especially if you add cheese on top). It goes well with any sort of meat!
